300th Post Giveaway

There is no question in my mind that blogging and all of the wonderful people that I have met through blogging has changed my life as an artist and as a person. I am so greatful for all of the support and interest that all of you ahve shown in my artwork!! So to celebrate blogging and my 300th post I am having a give away of three hand crafted art pieces . All that I ask is that you leave a comment on this post or any post that follows this one between now and Sunday evening, June 7 at 12 midnight EST.. Tell your friends to come and comment so they can be entered as well! If I add 3-4 more posts between now and Sunday and you leave commetns on each your name will be put in the drawing for each comment on each post! ( not multiple comments on the same post!!!:)0)))
One of the gifts will be one of my little fabric/paper Muse birds. Another prize will be this Cashmere Posie Pin.
The third will be a 5 pack of my Iris photo stationary.

So here are the gifties and my great thanks to all of you, my blogging Friends!!!! Big Hugs!!

Thank you all so very much for all of your encouragement and support!!
(As an added bonus, if anyone can help me figure out why I cannot move pictures around within my post duing composition, I will add a Special SURPRISE PRIZE!!!)

Well Dear Heart, congratulations on your 300th post! WooHoo! Blogging has been good for me as well. I love the folks I've met (like you!) and the knowledge that is shared, plus it makes me feel a bit more goal oriented in my work. Folks say things like, "I hope you'll share photos of that when it's finished"....I'm not good at completing projects, so the blog and encouragement seems to help a lot!
I just picked up our mail and there was a large and wonderful package from YOU in there! I got another bird! :-) How did you know that little Gusty was lonesome? LOL And the fabric is gorgeous. I have a plan for it already!!! I think you should not put me in the running for your anniversary prize...you've already sent me more than enough. Oh, btw, my little plants are doing well, in spite of my absence!
As for moving pictures around when you are composing your blog post: what I do is cut and paste them. Have you tried that? Sometimes I have trouble moving the first (top) photo, but once that stubborn one moves, the rest seem to know that they have no choice but to obey me! Of course, the left, center, and middle orientation is determined before you upload them to your blog....but I know you already know that! Hope that helps!

Hey there Elizabeth - congrats on 300 posts! And as far as moving your pictures around - when you click on the little icon to add pictures to your post, you should get a pop up window. In the bottom half of that window is the heading "Choose a layout." You should be sure to click the first one that reads "None" and also check the box beside "Use this layout every time". Then you should be able to move them around.

Doesn't blogger just drive you nuts sometimes?? I need to learn something about HTML ... I think that's where the secret lies. Congrats on 300 posts ... the winners of your giveaway will be very lucky indeed!
